Future Post are proud to be involved with MGGCOOP, including the development of a small trial vineyard block in the Innovations Vineyard installed in 2020. Demo days and feedback from growers led to the 116mm/2.4m Future Post being created specifically for vineyards and now proving popular NZ wide for excellent durability through harvest, strong winds and clip retention, the no rot, no leach, Bio-Gro organic certification benefits, alongside the appealing sustainability story of Future Posts being made from 100% recycled waste plastics otherwise destined for national landfill. Hort and winery waste plastics can also be turned into Future Posts, helping growers to further “close the loop”.

Industry Workshops
August 2022 - an example of recent industry collaboration - the second of two workshops on bunch trash removal for reducing the incidence of botrytis at harvest. The guest panel were Dr Stewart Field, Dion Mundy and Mark Allen. Conversation was centered around a recent trial that compared the effect of collarding verses mechanical shaking.
